Culinary Team
Chef Susan James joined The Norwich Inn in 2005. She has been in the area a number of years, having served as Sous Chef at the Hanover Inn and Executive chef at the Blue Seal Restaurant in Richmond, Vermont. Prior to that, she was Sous Chef at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts. A native New Englander from Falmouth, Massachusetts, Chef James is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Essex, Vermont. Her creations could be characterized as "Eclectic New American Cuisine," but our customers just call it "Awesome."
