Many folks combine an hour at the Farmers Market with a stop at King Arthur Flour’s flagship campus and Windsor’s Artisans Park. Unlike most like gatherings, the Norwich Farmers Market runs throughout the year. The “Summer Market” extends from early May through October off Route 5, just south of town—you cannot miss it. Meanwhile, the “Winter Market” takes place inside downtown’s Tracy Hall, a 450-foot walk from The Norwich Inn. New Englanders gather to mingle with local agronomists, craftspeople, and botanists, as well as listen to live musicians and experience the undeniably affable culture.
